Recruitment & Assessment Officer
Requirements:
1. Master Degree (Psychologist), majoring Psychology form reputable
university will be an advantage
2. For Fresh Graduate, preferably those who had experiences in at least
participating on a complete recruitment and assessment project/process
3. Solid knowledge in recruitment system, selection tools, outsourcing
method and psychological assessment report is a must
4. Exposure in conducting and managing assessment would be an advantage
5. Strong interest on Psychodiagnostic
6. Good interpersonal and people skill
7. Male is preferable considering the environment condition
8. Able to travel and highly mobile activity
