-A university degree holder from any major;

-Can invigorate the team through his/ her charismatic leadership abilities;
-Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to roll-up his /her sleeves to get things done;
-High level of personal integrity and uncompromising personal ethics as well as ability to profess the company’s corporate values of empowerment and trust;
-An effective team leader who can work with and as part of a team; Achievement and customer-service driven.
