A foreign private commercial bank specialized in microfinance institutions is seeking a talented & experienced candidate to be assigned as Sales and Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new business model.
- Identify & build strong , lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Informing product development of market need, and identifying new opportunities for banking business.
- Implement innovative sales strategies to develop new business within banking industry.
- Develop, recommend and implement a yearly sales pan including strategies to support the plan.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision makers in relevant market segments.
- Ensure profitable operations.
Requirements:
- Having hefty understanding about microfinance industries (rural banks, cooperatives, village-owned institutions).
- Have been managing funding and lending portfolio for 10 years.
- Possess a University degree , Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in any field.
- Min experience of 10 years in Business Banking activities in a commercial banks.
- Willing to travel across the country.
- Having strong commitment.
- Strong command of written and verbal English.
- Mature, resourceful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- IT Literate.
