Requirements:
-8-10 years branch and retail banking experience.
-Organized and good thinking process in developing and revamping the branch-based sales process.
-Strong leadership in motivating and coaching branch sales staff, via regular review and update of sales processes, to meet the aggressive sales challenges.
-Proven successful in people skill and a team player. Good analytical skill, logical thinking, flexible, positive thinking and a can-do attitude.
-Strong in Change Management Capability.
