Sales Supervisor (SS)
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Utara)
Responsibilities:
-Leading and Managing Medical Division Sales Team and directly involve in all Division activities as to achieve sales forecast, division operating income and maintain costs within the budget. Makes continues study on pricing, competitive information and other marketing intelligent are also important part of the job
-Generating marketing initiatives to help achieve Division goals and objectives, and to contribute to the company’s overall growth
-Coordinating with 3rd party distributors and ensuring market penetration is maximized. In addition, you will be required to appraise and review their performance too
Requirements:
-Male/Female, age between 26-30 years old
-Hold a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a suitable discipline from a reputable university
-Have gained at least 4 years solid experience in a sales position, 2 years of which will have been in a supervisory. National Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager from Medical / Pharmaceutical industry would be ideal potential candidates we look for
-Possess excellent analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
-Be fluent in English language is mandatory
-Be a team player and have a keen desire to achieve results
-Discipline, hard work and able to work under pressure
-Able to operate computer literature (MS Office)
-Good communication skills
