Sales Training Manager - FMCG

Responsibilities:
-Support the sales and commercial team in providing trainings for technical and soft skills.
-Facilitate trainings on business process and sales skills to related vendors
-Develop TNA and modules development and evaluation
-High traveling to visit branch offices
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field.
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
-Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Preferably Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
-Full-Time positions available.
