SECRETARY FOR FINANCE DEPARTMENT
Responsibilities :
- Perform ad hoc secretarial tasks such as filing, drafting letter correspondence and other secretarial or administrative tasks.
- Organize events on behalf of the department (reservations and manage schedule for meetings, events, and travel arrangements)
- Maintain company confidential documents (Company legal documentation)
Requirements:
- Having min 3 years experience in related function
- Education min Diploma III degree in secretary, with minimum GPA 3.00
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Having knowledge and experience in handling secretarial duties for senior level people.
- Computer literate
- Proficient in English
- Ability to work independently
- Good integrity, well organized, firm & reliable
