OPUS Management is seeking a senior consultant in employee
communications. You will have over 7 years experience in modern MNCs
or rapidly transformed large local companies.
You will understand the strategic importance of aligning employee
communications with the messages of change, and have taken part in
transforming an internal communications fucntion.
You will have fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, and be comfortable
in exploring focused use of technology to deliver and receive
messages with employees, but you will not be techno-dominated.
You combine practical can-do attitudes, achievement drive and
conceptual thinking that will enable you to multi-tasking content
development, activity management, results delivery and building and
sustaining mutually respectful relationships.
You will be interested in devoting 9-12 months to key involvement in
one of the most challenging employee communications and change
scenarios in Indonesia today.
