Senior Customer Service Representative (Supervisory role)

Responsibilities:
-Be co-ordinating Front Desk Operations.
-Actively assisting the Operations Manager in all admin and billing for the centre.
-Have proven time management skills and are highly organized
-Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
-Have a minimum of 3 years working experience in a service industry with experience in supervising a small team. Hospitality experience and qualifications highly regarded.
-Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian.
-Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Hotel Management/ Tourism Services or equivalent.
-Full-Time positions available.
