Pre-requisite knowledge, experience & skills
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or relevant qualifications.
- At least 3 years experience in electrical hardware and software design.
- Knowledge of E-Plan and Autocad software.
- knowledge in VC++ programming.
- Interest in automation & control.
- Some basic mechanical design knowledge
Job Description:
- Design and trouble-shooting of electrical circuitry.
- Electrical drawing and documentation.
- To assist in design and development of control software.
- Electrical Component Standard
- Standardization of electrical component
- Standardization of electrical indirect material
- Schematic Drafting
- Standardization of electrical schematics
- Standardization of wire & devices labelling
- Update schematics revisions
- Wiring methodology
- Wire Routing
- Wire termination
- Wire & Accessories selection
- Interfacing of modular
- Wire harnessing exercise
- Control Box design & layout
- Regulatory compliance
- Product circuit Design.
- CE/ Semi compliance
- Documentation
- Establish Electrical hardware design guideline and design rule
- Document all proven component & design into Green Book.
- Support product Alpha/beta site testing
- Document and technology transfer to product group
