Senior Human Resources Officer – Based in Jakarta .
The Senior Human Resources Officer will be responsible for carry out day-to-day personnel administration, HR database maintenance, salary & employee benefits administration, and maintenance of employee communication.
Requirements:
- Hold bachelor degree from reputable institution
- Understand tax calculation (PPH 21)
- Have 3 years experience as administration staff in HR Department at NGO
- Proficient English
- Strong concern to detail and accuracy
- Computer literacy (minimum MS Office: Word, Excel)
- Good interpersonal skill
- Willing to work hard and under pressure
