Reports To: Marketing Manager
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor Degree Majoring in Accounting
Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in similar field, Preferably in property development.
Age : Between 26- 35 Years old
Skills:
-Considerable knowledge of the methods and practices used in sales marketing.
-Speaking and writing English fluently and computer literate & MS Office
-Able to work as part of a team
-Must be willing to work-end, public holiday and festivals
-Familiar with SMARK System
Personality:
-Good interpersonal skills
-Confidence, outgoing personality
-Trustworthy and honest
-Ability to learn quickly in a high-intensity environment
Job Description:
-Manage all the sales administrative work i.e issuance of the sales forms, handling SMARK, endure OR are issued, create and maintain reports (en sure accuracy).
-To get all the work from sales and turn it into reporting structure etc.
-Writing detailed progress reports
-Take the lead on the administration on the key account
-Process sales data at new order point and when revisions are required
