Shipping Manager (Based in East Kalimantan)
Responsibilities:
-To manage the chartering and operation of coastal shipment using tugboats,barges and crane barges, operating in East Kalimantan, Indonesia
-Involve in barging contract negotiation
-Handles invoicing, L/C and shipping / logistic documentation
-Ensuring meeting of shipping schedules
-Effectively control and manage cost of operation
-Able to manage a group of barge / boat operators
Requirements:
-Tertiary education or equivalent
-At least 3-5 years solid experience in shipping management
-Good knowledge of coal industry an added advantage
-Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia
-Must be stationed in Kalimantan, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall project in the management of engineering related functions, developing & implementing infrastructure and industrial
plants
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with respective departments within groups, external contractors and suppliers
- Develop a large list of accounts / focus on developing relationships
- Respond to tender from potential customers through developing competitive solutions ensuring that the Company wins at agreed rate
- Put forward recommendation to the Board of Directors for approval
- Required to develop construction drawings, establish and follow-up progress plans, quality plans and recourse plans
- Any other duties as assigned
Project Manager (Based in Jakarta)
Requirements:
- At least 10 - 15 years of marine or offshore project management experiences in Mechanical Engineering discipline
- Experience should focus on industrial plants and mechanical handling systems such as conveyors and rails
- Team player and possess good communication skills
- To be based in Jakarta
