Our client is a leading information technology company, is currently implementing Asia Development Bank (ADB) project to support local government. We are inviting a senior professional to join their team as a System Development Specialist
The person in charge will report and provide support to the senior system developer and team leader.
System Development Specialist – 9 months contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
Design and conduct IT assessment of regional government to fully determine their capabilities for using ICT.
Prepare and submit a report that summarizes the findings from IT assessment and clearly describes technological needs of the organizations
Assist project team to field-test concepts and ideas during the design and development. Provide advice on appropriate types of ICT technology.
Develop computerized solutions to support the operations
Providing recommendations including detailed designs, options, requirement, and costing on future, appropriate solution to support the operations.
Assist team leaders in preparing and submitting the inception, progress, draft final, and final report.
Qualification:
Proven experience in software application development and database management systems.
Experience with local government database management systems in Indonesia.
Experience with implementing foreign assisted projects in Indonesia will be an advantage.
