Responsibilities:
-The jobholder is responsible to receive incoming calls related to inquiries, requests, complaints and banking transactions according to KPI standard performance as well as to provide productive, accurate and efficient service by making sounds decision upon requests or transactions defined within his/her authority
-The jobholder also needs to be able to grab sales opportunity by providing the complete information on Banking Products for cross-selling or potential customer promptly and professionally. In this term, the job holder must lead his team to achieve the targeted service
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree from a reputable university majoring in any related discipline with outstanding achievements and GPA minimum 2,75.
-Has experience working as telemarketing will be preferred.
-Possess general banking knowledge would be an advantage.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required.
-Has customer service orientation and supervisory skill.
-Able to maintain high degree of work accuracy in a timely manner and under relevant business instruction manuals and procedures.
-Willing to work under shift arrangement.
-Has pleasant personality and able to work with team.
-Has a strong drive to succeed and possess high degree of integrity.
