Technical Superintendent
(Jakarta Raya – Kalimantan)
Responsibilities:
-Supervise mine planning engineers and ensure that design for all mining pits, dumps and accesses are completed to the required standards.
-Prepare and communicate mining and dumping schedules, mine plans and production targets for the mining contractor and all mining personnel, and ensure that the long term and strategic mine plans are achieved
-Monitor all mining activities and to ensure the mine plan is achieved.
-Manage the mine geology department and ensure that coal mining meets the required quality standards, coal recovery is
maximized and that geotechnical risk is managed with monitoring and analysis of slope stability.
-Manage the survey department and ensure that all survey requirements are achieved
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mining) or equivalent.
-At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Kalimantan.
-Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Has good and strong leadership
-Good communication in English (both writing and verbal) is a MUST
-Has knowledge and experience in mine design, scheduling and planning to meet production target.
-Familiar with Ms. Office, experience using Surpac or Minex experience would be an advantage but not critical.
-Hard working, loyal, good team work
