Technical Support (for Jakarta and Lhoksukon Office)

Responsibilities:
-Provide Desktop Services (L2 suppport) according to company guidelines and practices, include:
-Diagnose and resolve hardware/ software problem and user’s service request assigned to his/ her ticket queue (in Remedy System)
-Escalate problem and user service request to appropriate group (Regional and Global Computing Support Group)
-Manage and Support the design and Implementation of the above services
-Manage equipment installation (install, configure, and test to meet Security and Control guideline)
-Ensure that installed computer equipment meet Best Practices and Tech Set List
-Responsible for the given privilege id usage and aware of the Best Practice for privilege id usage
-Good assigned-Remedy ticket management (good update to remedy ticket)
-Ticket content (escription, resolution text, status, etc)
-Keep updating ticket status
-Obtain user signature upon computer equipment delivery (as custodianship proff for Asset Management purpose)
-Perform other work as requested by supervisor, ie. Safety programs, audit response, security and Controls self assessment, team building
Requirements:
-Hold minimal Diploma D3 in Computer Science or Other Field’s Diploma
-Having min 3 years experience in computer (IT) field
-Understand Local Area Networked (LAN) and Remote Access System
-Experience with Desktop/ Laptop maintenance and its connectivity to data servers
-Fluent in both spoken and written in English
-Having good knowledge in MS Office and Lotus notes applications
-Ready to be relocated in other city
