Tenant Design Coordinator
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Utara)
Responsibilities:
-The position of the Tenant Coordinator is the conduit between the Development, Leasing, Construction Services and Property Management teams.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
-At least 3+ years construction experience, strong ability to read and understand plans & specifications required.
-At least 3+ years as a Tenant Coordinator for a full service real estate development company (optional to construction experience) required.
-Familiarity and understanding how to work with Tenants, Architects and Engineers to process plans through to completion and Tenant opening required.
-Proficient in AutoCad,
-Demonstrate flexibility (willing to adjust to changes in job requirements and scheduling).
-Demonstrate initiative (contributes new ideas, self-motivated, obtains/maintains a working knowledge of relevant practice areas/clients) and a self-starter.
-Coordinate with the building architect and contractors to produce merchandise/lease plans in AutoCad.
-Provide Tenant with base building drawings and Tenant Design Criteria within a required timeframe from lease signing
-Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
-Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
-Full-Time positions available.
