Training Consultant
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
-Conduct process consulting on “as is†and “should be†maps
-Identify key process performance indicators and service standards
-Conduct analysis on customer segments, gaps and root causes.
-Conduct process blue printing workshops
-Establish & conduct focus group interviews, and submit findings / recommendations to clients.
-Develop service measurement & tracking tools
-Establish performance indicators, tracking systems
-Develop & conduct service and organization related surveys
-Establish analysis & findings and recommendations to clients
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): Presentation Skill, Consultancy Skill.
-Required language(s): English.
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
-Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
-Full-Time positions available.
