Transport Distribution Superintendent (Code: TDS)
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:
-PT. Jaya Readymix operate a large and growing fleet of delivery trucks working in non-stop operation throughout Java. The successful candidate will lead a team of fleet logistics controllers at the company’s central distribution center in Jakarta with responsibilities for monitoring of vehicle movements through real-time satellite navigation and historical delivery report data.
-The role will involve communicating with production facilities and operational managers to achieve strong transport productivity targets and vehicle efficiency.
-This is a new position and requires a candidate who has proven their ability to drive process improvements and is able to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating their team to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment
Requirements:
-Male, minimum 30 years of age
-Hold Bachelor (S1) Degree in any discipline, preferably in transport management
-Has minimum 4 years of experience in transportation or logistics company preferably who has substantial knowledge and experience in the management of large delivery fleet
-Able to demonstrate strong performance management skill, setting clear goals and objectives and measuring performance
-Proven problem solving skills and high degree of analytical experience
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential
