I need your help in posting a job opening for PT Paysetter INDO.
This opening needs to be filled ASAP.

1.Accountant and admin Manager

-Bachelor’s degree, major in Accounting, preferably with Accountancy license.
-Literate with Computerized Accounting systems and must have working knowledge of MS Office.
-With at least 3 years experience in Auditing, Bookkeeping and preparation of Financial Statement.
-Can handle multiple tasks well, in a fast paced, professional environment.
-Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

2.Administrative Assistant
-Bachelor’s degree, preferably major in Accounting.
-Highly detailed-oriented and organized, and able to juggle multiple work streams.
-Can operate office machines and computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Office.
-Can attend to business documents, and files and handle travel arrangements.
-Can handle payroll computation and statutory requirements Undergraduate degree from reputable university or college.
-With two or more years of relevant working experience, preferably with a professional service firm.
-Able to liaise with banks, statutory bodies.

3.Tax Consultant. .
Qualifications are:
-Professional/s with a minimum of a bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Fiscal Administration. Brevet B & C are considered an advantage.
-Thorough understanding of tax management, regulations, and their implications in Indonesia. Can handle Indonesian tax
compliance issues, handling of tax audits and tax disputes.
-Must have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in taxation in a tax consulting firm, public accounting firm or other leading company.
-Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
-Can assist the internal accountant in other analytical and clerical matters as may be necessary.

4.Project Manager – Mobile VAS
-English as a second language and CP experience.
-Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
-Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
-Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
-Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
-Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
-Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
-Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
-Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
-Manages the process of innovative change effectively.
-Sets and manages client expectations.
-Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties
-Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
-Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
-Builds a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives

Relevant experience in Telecom VAS and related technologies (like SMS, MMS, WAP, WEB, IVR, billing, service provisioning, CRM)
Mobile Applications Solutions.
* VAS ( Value Added Services – SMS , MMS, WAP etc…..) GSM / GPRS protocols.
-Knowledge of source control systems and bug tracking software
-Good experience in configuration, deployment & release management in the past.
-Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
-Strong team player and leader.
-Strong technical documentation skills.
-Excellent organizational skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
