A large and diversified Group of companies with a new division specializing in agricultural commodities is now inviting applications from qualified professionals for the following positions in its commodities trading and distribution business in several key cities / regions in Papua New Guinea. All positions require strong background, leadership and good relevant working experience:
1. Regional Operation Manager
Responsible to manage and supervise overall distribution activities in the Region / key cities assigned.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge and experience in the grain packaging process, custom clearance, logistics and warehouse management is preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.
2. Regional Sales Manager
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the Region / key cities assigned and to establish expansion plans and strategies
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum 5 years Professional Sales Management Experience.
3. Planning, Production and Inventory Control Manager (PPIC)
Responsible for effectively projecting demand-supply conditions and pattern in each city / region and to effectively manage its inventory to continuous uninterrupted supply in meeting customers’ demand
Required Skills:
- Good planning and projection skills with excellent understanding of market and consumer trends,
- Team Work player and analytical skill,
- Minimum 5 years experience in the similar position.
4. HRD Manager
Responsible to recruit, coordinate training and implement Company’s Personnel Policy and Government Regulation
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position,
- Having good knowledge about Industrial Relation Practices, Labor Law and Government Regulation
- Strong Leadership.
General Requirements:
Willing to be stationed in Papua New Guinea
Good written and spoken English Language
Computer literate (able to operate Microsoft Office)
Strong advantage for those already working in grain trading and logistics business especially in rice
