1. Reservation / Ticketing Officer ( Code : RTO )

This job is mainly customer servicing and handling customer inquiries regarding booking and ticketing. To be based in Jakarta. Prospective candidates must be INDONESIA citizens and meet the minimum requirement as mention below :
· Holds minimum a Diploma ( D3 ) degree from reputable university
· Maximum 27 years old
· Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
· Knowledge on Airlines and tourism industry would be an advantage
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2. Customer Services Officer ( Code : CSO )

This job is mainly about traffic operation. To be based in Soekarno – Hatta Airport. Prospective candidates must be INDONESIAN citizens and meet the minimum requirement as mentioned below :
· Should have at least Diploma ( D3 ) degree from reputable university
· Maximum 27 years old
· Fluent in English both oral and written
· Some work experience in airline industry will be an advantage
· Must have an outgoing and mature personality, but easy to adapt with colleagues and services partner
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
