Club Facilities Manager
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and implementing an effective preventive maintenance programme. Managing the facilities team with respect to maintain the clubs and the equipment in excellent working condition.
Requirements:
- Min. bachelor degree in Interior desaign, Achitecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
- Min. 5 years experiences in the same capacity.
- Having sucessful experiences in handling various aspects of building maintenance, desaign, cost estimating, project budgeting, and schedule control is an advantages.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skill.
- Fluent in English and well presented.
