GENERAL MANAGER (TO BE BASED IN INDONESIA)
You will provide overall leadership to the team under your charge and responsible for sales volume and profit margins for the country. Specifically, you will organize and map put the marketing directions and business strategies, determine competitive pricing package and develop advertising and promotion programmes. You are also expected to be a self starter and able to manage people from various cultures.
You a re likely to have tertiary qualifications in business or marketing discipline and a least 8 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, particularly in motor trade business. Those without the relevant industry experience but have strong passion in pursuing and extraordinary career in automobile sales is also welcome to apply
Personal qualities sought include a flexible approach in doing business, a very keen sense of business acumen, and a strong sense of integrity and professionalism, Being fluent in Bahasa Indonesians is a requirement
