Bank Andara is seeking a talented & experienced candidate to be assigned as VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Responsibilities
-Develop and implement new business model
-Identify and build strong , lasting relationships with new and existing customers
-Supervise prudent, dynamic expansion of financing for microfinance institutions
-Supervise sales teams and branch performance
-Implement innovative sales strategies to develop new business
-Develop and implement growth and sales plan including strategies
-Ensure profitable operations.
Requirements
-Have extensive understanding of the microfinance industry
-Extensive experience in managing funding and lending portfolio
-Posses a University Degree, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in any field
-Min experience of 10 years in Business Banking activities in a commercial bank
-Willing to travel across the country
-Having strong commitment
-Strong command of written and verbal English
-Mature, resourceful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
-IT literate
