HEAD OF ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT
Study and setup appropriate regulatory authorities and internal management needs if the entire financial accounting basic policy line, system and methods, development of intermediate business standards rates.
Organize the bank currency asset-liability management, arrange for the scheduling the currency funds reasonably, promote the structure optimization deadline of assets and liabilities, control the risk of funds to pay and liquidity, set up the establishment of he interest rate pricing and management system. Responsible for the management of assets and liabilities of the secretariat of the commission
Prepare the bank financial reports accurately reflect the financial results, do business analyst regularly, support management decision making operation.
Manage the bank taxable, services and tax planning
Prepare the bank fixed assts investment plan, effectively by scientific manage the bank’s fixed assets and infrastructure project, improve the efficiency of capital input.
Qualifications
-Formal education: Bachelor’s degree or above (accounting/finance)
-Min 5 year experience in accounting department banking sector
-Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Verbal and Written)
-Able to work under pressure
-Strong communication and Management skills.
HEAD OF RISK MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
Determine the suitable management framework to be implemented in the bank
Perform the monitoring on the implementation of the risk management strategy recommended by risk management Committee and approved by Board of Directors for the sake of ensuring its implementation is in line with the established plan.
Perform the monitoring on overall risk exposure/position every risk type and every functional activity as well as the related analysis and report in order to find our the overall risk position.
Perform the stress testing whenever it is necessary in order to find out the impact of the implementation of risk management’s strategy and policy on the working performance of every operational working area/group
Evaluate data accuracy and validity applied by the bank to measure the risk against the bank using the model for internal interest.
Qualifications
-Formal education: Bachelor’s degree or above
-Min 5 year experience as SKAI Auditor or Compliance Staff or Risk Management Staff
-Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Verbal and Written)
-Able to work under pressure
-Strong communication and Management skills.
