Human Resources Analyst
As an analyst, you will challenge to analyze business environment condition, especially that have impact to the company’s human resource policy. Based on this analysis, you will make recommendation to the HR practice and then socialize it to the entire company member. You will also responsible to monitor and evaluate the HR system in order to create adaptable system.
Requirements :
* Minimum bachelor degree graduated from reputable university.
* Experience 2 years in researching and creating HR System Development.
* Proficient in English both oral and written
* Have the ability to persuade others and also to work with different groups or teams.
