IT TRADE FINANCE MANAGER

Job Purpose :
To manage a team of application support and program management for Trade Finance business
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
1.Customer :
-Ensure smooth production systems following the SLA.
-Ensure good response for issues according to the severity & appropriate solution is given.
-Manage good relationship with key users and act on new initiatives appropriately.
2.Financial :
-Manage IT expenses inline with budget.
3.People :
-Ensure a harmonious work place including relationship with vendor, consultants and contractors.
-Promote team work.
-Improve result-orientation and customer care capability.
- Ensure appropriate skills and knowledge of team is developed.
.
4.Processes :
-Ensure compliance to IT governance model.
-Ensure that the right process is followed for all IT investments.
-Ensure that systems entering Production follow thorough quality control check in terms of content and process.
-Ensure IT standards and procedures are followed.
Education / Preferred Qualifications :
-Bachelor in in IT, Banking, Finance/Accounting, or General Management. If educational background is not in IT, must be backed up with non-formal IT education or significant IT experience.
-Have more than 7 years experience in system implementation, application support or IT project management.
-Experience in trade finance application or banking application is preferable.
