IT HELPDESKOFFICER (IT-HLP)
Key Responsibilities :
Perform daily activity for helpdesk operations to register problem, generate daily reports, follow-up to other IT staff for problem resolutions
To go through and to prepare set or recommendations to improve the existing processes, procedures and practices to improve and to manage confidentiality, integrity and availability of information
Support day to day System and Technology operation in helpdesk, administrative and control for incoming and outgoing documents, follow-up action items to project team according to project plan
Required Qualifications and Skills :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hardware/Software engineering or Information Technology or Computer Science from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
Having experience at least 1 - 2 years in the similar area
Good knowledge of banking operations in general
Good knowledge of Hardware Server and Work Station
Good knowledge of Software (operating system, database engine and other related system application) and Network (LAN and WAN) in general
Self starter and highly motivated person
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a great team spirit
PC literate and able to work well under tight deadline
Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
