Customer Loan Business Manager ( Assistant Vice President )
( Code : CLBC MGR )
• University graduate, S1/S2
• Having experience min 2 years in similar position & at least 5 years in consumer loan business, marketing & operations.
• Understand the consumer loan industry
• Has strong concept, knowledge and skills in marketing & people management
• Computer & English literate
• High discipline, leadership, motivation & responsible to target achievement.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Bekasi, Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Manado, and Makassar
• Able to work independently and with a team.
Relationship Manager ( Manager )
( Code : RM )
• University Graduate, S1 / S2
• Min of 3 years experience in similar position.
• Understand the consumer loan business & marketing
• Familiar with KPR products and programs.
• Having good relationship with developers, brokerage house and dealer
• Computer & English literate.
• High discipline, strong leadership, self driven, motivation & responsible to target achievement.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Bekasi, Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Manado, and Makassar
• Able to work independently and with a team.
Workflow Manager ( Manager )
( Code : WM )
• University graduate, S1/S2
• Min of 2 years experience in similar position
• Having experience at least 3 years in dealing out with consumer credit procession and 2 years in making credit decision.
• Computer & English literate
• Reliable, honest, fast learner, and able to work under pressure.
• High discipline, strong leadership, self driven, motivation & responsible to target achievement.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Bekasi, Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Manado, and Makassar
• Able to work independently and with a team.
Legal MOU ( Professional staff )
( Code : LM )
• University Graduate, S1/S2 majoring in Law ( preferably Master Degree in Notary )
• Min of 2 years experience in similar position
• Having experience at least 5 years in credit administration or as Legal Officer
• Computer & English literate
• Expertise on Land Law, Corporate Law, The limited Liability Company Law, Credit Law, Property Law and Contract Law
• Having good skill in legal and contract drafting
• Having good knowledge in operational banking
• Having good presentation skill
