Secretary, Admin, HR & GA

Work location:Jakarta
Education: Degree in Secretarial / Management / Human Resource
Work experience: Minimum 2-3 years
Requirements:
-Female.
-Minimum Diploma - University degree.
-Minimum 2-3 years experience in HR and proficient in secretarial works.
-Computer literate on Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), correspondence and internet.
-Good command of English (written and oral).
-Good communication and interpersonal skill.
-Fast learning, hard worker, reliable and attention to detail.
-Multitasking, Multi skills will be required.
-Mature, highly motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team.
-Immediately available (able to work in the middle of April).

Job description:
-Administrative Assistant for CEO/Directors
-Secretarial support for project and administration duties.
-Manage office service, office supplies, office equipment and inventory, also handle petty cash
-Responsible for perform a full range of general affair.
-Human Resource tasks:
-Responsible for day-to-day HR administration policies and program.
-Coordinate with accounting Dept in administering employee compensation and benefit.
-Administer and Maintain employee’s data; monthly report for absenteeism, leave, over time and medical claim.
-Kept records & update employee administration files.
