Senior Executive – Finance, Human Resource and Administration
[based in Jakarta, Indonesia]
Job Function
- To maintain and prepare full set of accounts including monthly management and financial reports.
- Preparation of monthly and ad hoc operation reports and handle financial operation matters.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource function which includes manpower, payroll / salary administration and employee relations
- Maintain inventory system to ensure all outgoing stocks are captured accurately and stock level is monitored and assist in stock take.
- Manages general office activities such as requisition of suppliers, filling system, etc.
Job Specification
- Must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting.
- At least three years relevant experience and able to handle full set of accounts.
- Good command of English, written and spoken.
- Computer literacy with good interpersonal skills
- Candidates with Inventory Management have added advantage
- Pleasant personality, matured and able to work under minimum supervision.
