3.HRD Staff (Remuneration) (HRD-R)
4.HRD Staff (Training (HRD-T)
Requirements
Male, single max 27 years (2), Male/female, single, max 30 years (1,3,4)
Bachelor Degree min GPA 3.00, S1/D3 majoring Management/IT (1,2), Management (3), Psychology (4)
Experience
As/400, Program RGP, other software application would be an advantage (1)
Database SQL, Server/Oracle/DB2, Visual Basic, FoxFro & Java (2)
Understand to HRM, Remuneration & Grading System, Support all remuneration activity (3)
Understand to HRM Training System and support all training activity.(4)
Fluent in oral written and spoken English (1,2,3,4)
Having min 2 years exp in same position, 1 year (1,3,4), fresh graduate (2)
