Trainer For Sales ( LT – Sales )
Trainer For Ready Mix ( LT – RMX )
The incumbent will be responsible to develop, deliver and manage trainings of technical development for the relevant workforce to enhance and maintain the match level between success profiles of jobs and those of personnel, improving the functionality of the teams.
Requirements :
LT-Sales : University degree from a reputable university. Has 3 years of selling or marketing experience in the field.
LT-RMX : University degree from a reputable university majoring in Civil or Chemical Engineering. Has 3 years experience in core functions of cement or concrete business.
Common : applicant must have good product and process knowledge of cement and its application, excellent presentation skill, and strong team work spirit. The incumbent must be an effective communicator and educator, analytical, tactical, and persuasive. Proven track record in people development is favourable.
Batching Plant Team Leader ( BPTL )
The incumbent is responsible to plan, lead, organize and oversee all production operation activities of the concrete batching plant to achieve budgeted profitability.
Requirements :
University graduated from Civil Engineering, preferably with minimum 2 years experience in technical, sales or production activities in Ready Mix Concrete industry. The person has to possess good knowledge of Batching Plant System, management system, has the ability to establish good relationship with customers and preferably good understanding in SAP system.
Batcher ( BT )
The incumbent is responsible to realize the batching of concrete and to manage supporting facilities to ensure that the customer’s design specifications and timings are met.
Requirements :
University / diploma degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in the technical and operational activities of Batching Plant. The person has to possess good skill to operate a batching plant, ability to manage production supporting facilities, good customer relation skill and preferably good understanding in SAP system.
Field Technician ( FT )
The incumbent is responsible to assist the Technical Superintendent in the testing of fresh concrete, as well as the making and curing of specimen
Requirements :
Diploma degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in QA/QC – R&D – Technical Support areas of a concrete manufacturing environment. The person needs to possess good knowledge of concrete technology level 1 covering concrete raw material testing, concrete sampling, curing and testing as well as the understanding of concrete troubleshooting level 1.
