We are a leading foreign petrochemical company located at Merak, looking for the dynamic and energic person to fill the vacancy as PCC (Process Control Computer) Engineer with the following competencies;

* Instrumentation, (from field instrument until marshalling cabinet) DCS specially Honeywell TDC 3000. The scope are hardware and software.
* Capable for maintenance, modification, and handle new project (Upgrade).
* Process & Operations Knowledge
* Understanding the fundamental process such as conversion, fractionation, hydraulics, heat exchange, and compressors is important for the design and implementation of the advanced controls and process optimization.
* Understanding of process operations such as the process constraints, process interactions, limits, and dynamics are important for the design and implementation of the advanced controls and process optimization.
* Understanding of the business and plant economic drivers.
* Data Historian Systems
* Know DEC VAX/Alpha computer as gateway systems for PI plant process data historian.
* Know interface between DEC system, Honeywell DCS, Lab systems, and other data owners.
* Logic Systems & ESD (Emergency shutdown System)
* Understanding the logic functionality and its relationship to the process operations.
* Designing, implementing, and supporting the PLC or logic programming.
* Understanding SIS and SIL
* Basic Process Control
* Understanding PID control and tuning.
* Designing, implementing, and supporting advanced DCS controls which include the use of cascade control, split range controllers,
ratio control, feed-forward control, and override controls.
* Implementing AM or PM control language (CL) programs for advanced control or automated sequences.
* Understanding the fundamentals of process dynamics such as gain, lag, deadtimes on the design and operation of the process controls.
* Designing and implementing logic functionality in the DCS.
* Understanding and implementing typical petrochemical industry controls on general equipment such as boilers, compressors, furnaces,
and towers.
* Advanced Process Control and Optimization
* Designing, implementing, and supporting multivariable control programs, inferred properties Specially DMC plus and Aspen IQ. using
neural networks or partial least squares.
* Designing, implementing, and supporting the RTO (Real Time Optimization) . Specially Aspen RTO.
* Know about neural network, Least square, Fuzzy, Filter Kalman, and Optimization Linear Programming, SQP (Successive Quadratic
Programming) .
* Know modeling Aspen plus and a good business and document analysis
