-Bachelor Degree in architecture or civil engineering.
-Good track record in civil and architecture construction is an advantage.
-Experiences in high rise construction management would be high considered.
2.Project Architecture
-Solid Educational background.
-Experiences in medium to large project is an advantage.
-Exposure in high rise building construction would be high considered.
-Able to operate CAD effectively.
3.Interior Designer
-Good degree in interior designer.
-Good track record in interior design/ production would be added-value.
-Exposure in high end projects is an advantage.
-Computer literate and able to operate CAD effectively.
4.Customer Relation
-Min. Diploma Degree in Public Relations/ Communication Studies.
-Strong ini communication, presentation and negotiation skill is preffered.
-Good in Englih both in written and spoken is an advantage.
-Looking profesionally and pleasent personality.
