HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER (HCM)
-S1 graduate in Psychology, or Law from reputable university
-Good knowledge of Labor Law and its implementation
-Good knowledge in salary and wages according to government regulations
-Having sufficient knowledge of Human Resources Integrated System (HRIS)
-Excellent human relation skill and capable to handle personal issues
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
BRANCH MANAGER (BM)- BASED OUTSIDE JAKARTA
-S1 graduate from reputable university
-Strong leadership, communication skill and presentation skill
-Strong in selling, negotiating and achievement oriented
-Strategic thinking and analytical skill
ASSISTANT TO MANAGER PURCHASING (AMP)
-S1 graduate majoring industry/food technology
-PPIC background is preferable
-Good analytical, communication & negotiating skill
-Good command of English is a must
CHIEF ACCOUNTING (CHA)-BASED IN SUMATERA, JAVA & SULAWESI
-S1 graduate in Accountancy
-Good knowledge of internal control
-Familiar with tax regulation
-Excellent analytical and report skill
-Detail and able to work with large number of data
-Able to meet urgent deadlines
General requirements:
-Male/female, max 40 years old
-Min 5 years exp in similar field
-Good personality, good leadership, hard worker , self motivated
-Team player, fast learner, and able to work under pressure.
