HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
The successful candidate will be involved in the full aspect of HR activities and should fulfill the following requirements:
- Male/female, age max 40 years old
- S1 graduate in Psychology or Law from reputable university
- Possess min 5 years experience in similar field
- Having good knowledge of Labor Law and its implementation
- Having good knowledge on salary & wages according to Government Regulations
- Having sufficient Human Resource Integrated System (HRIS) knowledge
- Having excellent human relation skill and capable to handle personal issues
- Highly self motivated, self initiative ,independent & positive attitude
- Good leadership and strong verbal & written communication skill
