The Body Shop Cosmetics, originally from UK and has been in Indonesia since 1992. Now there are 52 stores in 11 big cities in Indonesia. Due to our rapid growing company, we are inviting highly motivated and enthusiastic professional candidate for the following positions :
OPERATION MANAGER THE BODY SHOP (OM TBS)
Qualifications :
To be responsible for organizing and managing in store retail business maximization, customer relations management and competitive store staff development
Having minimum 5 years working experiences in managing the above key functions with significant successful track record (Retail cosmetics background will be an advantage)
Posses deep knowledge in retail operations and ability to implement various innovative retail promotion and customer loyalty programs)
Strong analytical thinking, business leadership and good interpersonal skill
Excellent communication in English both oral and written
Around 35 years old male or female with bachelor degree from reputable universities
