BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To provide efficient demonstration, training and evaluation to customers, dealers,
internal personnel and varied audiences to support and promote the sale of Caterpillar equipment and services.
• 50% + Travel, working with dealers and their operator’s to improve dealership operator training capabilities in S.E. Asia, India and Australia.
• Provide hands-on and classroom training related to machine operation, application, job efficiency, and safety.
• Product and Job Site Evaluation/Recommendations
ELIGIBILITY:
• Must have 7-10 years of construction or mining equipment operating experience.
• Must be able to operate at least 6 different machine families (dozer, wheel loader, excavator, motor grader, etc.)
• Requires thorough knowledge of, and superior operating skill in, company products and their application.
• Must possess strong human relation, communication and computer skills.
