ESTATE MANAGER ( To be located in – Manis Mata, Ketapang, West Kalimantan )
Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree with major Agricultural.
-Min. 5 years of working experiences in managing a 6000 ha-8000 ha estate as well as developing and recommending strategies for the estate to the Field Manager.
-Having experience with developing and implementing the estate operating budget and capital budget to ensure the profitability and long-term viability of the company is essential.
-Required to implement the budget within agreed financial, physical, time, quality, and efficiency parameters.
-Responsible for managing the estate, which includes the nursery, land clearing, planting, field maintenance, harvesting, transport and the running of emplacement infrastructure.
-Willing to be based at remote area.

BUILDING CIVIL ENGINEER ( To be located in – Manis Mata, Ketapang, West Kalimantan )
Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree from Civil / Structural Engineering.
-Min. 3 years working experience in a project environment.
-Good financial skills and analysis (budgeting process, cost control, accounting/management Reporting Comprehension).
-Good knowledge about technical / engineering calculations and theories.
-Having knowledge about local government relations: customs, custom clearance, taxes and duties, permits, etc.
-Proven leadership skills and strong commitment towards career.
-Willing to be based at remote area.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR ( To be located in – Manis Mata, Ketapang, West Kalimantan )
Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
-Having at least 5 years of experience in a plant supervisor role in heavy engineering, mining, food processing or oil and gas industries are encouraged to apply.
-Strong in budget management and cost control.
-Willing to be based at remote area.

SECRETARY ( To be located in – Manis Mata, Ketapang, West Kalimantan )
Requirements:
-Graduated from minimum Secretarial Academy
-Computer literate, especially MS Office programs.
-Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must.
-Pleasant personality with excellent service attitude, and able to work under pressure.
-Responsible, discipline, trusthworthy, smart, independent, highly self motivated.
-Organized, efficient, quick and resourceful.
-Min 3 years experience in large and / or multinational companies.
-Willing to be based at remote area.

INTERNAL AUDITOR ( Based – Jakarta )
Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree (or equivalent certification) ,with min 5 years relevant business experience.
-Able to manage multiple and concurrent projects, work effectively in a team environment as well as leadership , coaching and team building.
-Willingness to assume various roles on a team as needed on a project-by project basis.
-Prior internal or external audit experience.
-Proven ability to assess situations and identify opportunities for improvement,communicate/interact with all levels of the organization ,and work on concurrent objectives.
-Strong organizational skills, computer skills (e.g. Word, Excell,etc).
-Certification in related areas ( E.g : CIA,CSA,CISA,CFE ).
-Strong verbal and written English.

SALES MANAGER SEAsia ( Based – Jakarta, Singapore )
Requirements :
-Food Science University degree or comparable
-Min 5 years commercial experience in business with the Food,Beverage, Health and or Pharmaceutical industry.
-More than 5 years experience in food / food additives / nutraceutical / flavour products as technical sales or researcher.
-Salesperson with strong technical background.
-Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities,projects,and strategies.
-Experience with selling Specialty Sweeteners and Health Ingredients and Systems is a very strong personnal.
-Work experience in other disciplines ( Lab/R&D/Product Development) or understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is a pre
-Good understanding of technical,technological and financial solutions.
-Ability and experience in working with different disciplines specifically R&D and Product Development.

PROJECT MANAGER ( To be located in – Manis Mata, Ketapang, West Kalimantan and Amurang, North Sulawesi )
Requirements :
- Technical / Engineering background.
- Having good knowledge in mechanical equipment, especially related to palm oil mill operations.
- Min. 3 years working experience in a project environment.
- Having good knowledge in engineering knowledge, unit operations and transport processes,fluid mechanics and thermodynamics
- Having knowledge in accounting / management reporting is a advantage.
- Local government relations : understand the procedures related to customs and custom clearance, taxes and duties,permits ( Depnaker,Pemda/Bupati)
- Willing to be based at remote area.

INDUSTRIAL RELATION ( To be located in – Manis Mata, Ketapang, West Kalimantan )
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Law / Management.
- Having good knowledge in Labour Union.
- Min 3 years experience handling Industrial Relations, in plantation company is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge in Government Regulations.
- Willing to be based at remote area.

HR ADMIN ( To be located in – Manis Mata, Ketapang, West Kalimantan )
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in any major.
- Min 2 years experience handling Hr functions, in plantation company is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to be based at remote area.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ( To be located in – Manis Mata, Ketapang, West Kalimantan )
Requirements :
-Bachelor Degree in any major.
-Min 2 years experience handling Hr functions, in plantation company is an advantage.
-Good communication skills and organizing skills.
-Good team player and able to work under pressure.
-Willing to be based at remote area.
