Today the company is a specialis safety supplier representing a number of leading international brands.
Factory Manager for Shoes Factory
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Basic Function:
* To control all manufacturing functions
Organiational Relationship:
* The Manufacturing Manager reports directly to the Managing Director
Functional Relationships:
* With the Quality Manager on all matters concerning the quality system
* With the Production Manager on all production matters
* With the Business Development Manager on scheduling of manufacturing and liasing on customers specific requirements
* With the PPIC Supervisor regarding Production Records Reconciliation
* With the Inwards Goods Supervisor on all raw material inventory matters
Responsibilities:
* To oversee manufacturing statistical analysis tables in relating to production results
* To oversee customer orders so that they are delivered on time
* To oversee all manufacturing activities so that they are operating in accordance to the approved procedure
* To be responsible for the occupational health and safety of the manufacturing section
* To ensure all delivery documentations are processed to purchasing procedures
* To ensure that production budgets are achieved
* To continually review the manufacturing operations including human resources and develop continuous improvement plans so that productivity and quality are improved
* Report any issues that adversely affect the manufacturing operations to the Managing Director
* Assist in the Quality Plans
* Ensure that the manufacturing activities always meet the requirements of the company quality system and specified standards.
Requirements:
* Male
* Age between 30-45 years old
* Hold min Bachelor degree (S1)
* At least min experience of 5 years in manufacturing operations
