-A Post Graduate (S2) with a Diploma in Education (preferably overseas)
-At least 3 years experience in a similar position
-Around 40 years of age
-Knowledge of computers and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia
-Excellent communication skills in English
-Self confidence and strong interpersonal skills
