Responsibilities:
Job Description: Leads hands on management of franchise education to accomplish franchise goals in profitability, market share, product & service, and team member productivity, development & retention. Executes all company standards, programs & systems and ethical business practices.
Requirements:
- Male
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree;
- Required skill(s): Minimum experience of 2 years in hands on multi unit supervisory experience, operated successful cash-oriented business, must be able to work under high pressure, scheduled or unscheduled; Strong leadership entrepreneurship, good communication and people management;
- Proficient in english writing & reading;
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
- Full-Time positions available.
