MANAGEMENT CONTRACTOR PROJECT MGT (MCPM-AIBEP)
Providing support to the Teacher Quality Improvement Adviser and under direct supervision of the Coordinating Program Officer, the Program Officer will be responsible for the overall administration and financial management of activities related to Teacher Quality Improvement within Pillar 2 of the MCPM-AIBEP Program
The Program Officer will work closely with the Teacher Quality Improvement Adviser in supporting a team of advisors and consultants and other staff members in building a communication system such that all undertaken activities will be in line with the program manual and logical framework
In summary, the Program Officer’s main task is to ensure smooth financial and general administration processes take place in the implementation of the Teacher Quality Improvement activities within Pillar 2 MCPM-AIBEP, such that they adapt to the agreed processes and procedures

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide overall support to the Teacher Quality Improvement team within Pillar 2 of the MCPM-AIBEP program in Jakarta and other locations as required
Act as the liaison person to AIBEP implementing partners particularly the government officials in MoNE and MoRA
Provide logistical support and guidance on routine implementation of program activities while tracking the use of financial resources
Work closely with the Coordinating Program Officer in arranging meetings and workshops as agreed by the program management including the preparation and distribution of Minutes and other supporting documents
Serve as an interpreter and translator on an ad-hoc basis
Maintain and update the agreed core set of documentations/records as they are available at relevant institutions
Work closely with the Program Accountant to ensure Trust Account procedures for all implemented activities are properly followed
Arrange travel to/from Indonesia and throughout Indonesia for the Teacher Quality Improvement team. Maintain a calendar and schedule of travel arrangements
Perform other duties as required by the Senior Quality Assurance Adviser and the Team Leader
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree or 3-5 years relevant professional experience at the national or international level in development areas
Displays maturity and good intercommunication skills
Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
Displays cultural, gender, religious, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability
Demonstrates openness to change and feedback and able to manage complex activities
Excellent computer and typing skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience in administration tasks
Fluency in written and spoken English and Indonesian
