Senior Brand Manager (code:SBM)
The major role will cover a great establishment and successful maintenance of solid distribution network in Indonesia with the following responsibilities
- Identify new business, opportunities and achieve maximum market penetration for the brand
-Aggresively drive market penetration by introducing creative and efficient strategies to maximize nationwide sales
- Develop annual business plan to reflect brand positioning and directions. and to negotiate key aspects of the planned delivery for the brand
- Maximize the turnover by strateizing and accurate and timely commercial sales plan to ensure the brand’s profitablity
Sales Operation Manager (code:SOM)
Reporting to Brand Manager, the right incumbent will be in charge for the smooth running of daily operations at stores and responsible to:
- Direct and manage sales person to achieve teh nationwide sales target
- Establish a high qualiy of customer service
- Implement reatil business strategy and be responsbile for the profit and loss of the store
The successful candidates should have at least university degree preferably overseas graduates with mora than 7 years (SMB) and 5 Years (SOM) of proven excellent track record in sales and marketing of international lifestyle fashion products.Result-oriented persons who deeply understand niche marketing and have strong analytical and strategic thingking is a compulsory
S/he should be dynamic and aggresive persons who are independent and able to lead the sales team to achieve the sales target with solid consolidation and management skills
