The “it’s A store†currently operates more than 34 retail fashion outlets while the “it’s A café†has 1 outlet at prominent shopping malls in Indonesia.
Currently, due to expansive business needs, we are seeking young and dynamics individuals to join us as:
Human Resources Officer ( HRO )
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
-To handle personnel administration, data base, support employee recruitment and support others human resource activities.
Requirements:
-Fresh Graduates.
-Hold Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Human Resources/Management from reputable University with minimum GPA of 2.75.
-Excellent Microsoft Word & Excel skill.
-Excellent Administration skill.
-Well organized, attention to details, able to handle multi tasking and good communication skills.
-Independent, adaptable, flexible and able to work in a team environment.
-Good command in English.
-Able to start working within short notice.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
