Senior Manager Client Servicing Department for employee Benefits and Pension (code: SMCS-P/EB)
-Bachelor Degree ,any major
-Min 2 years marketing/consulting experience in Corporate Pension/Employee Benefits industry and min 4 years in other Financial or star rated Hotel Service industries.
-Min 3 years experience as a supervisor of subordinates, in training and developmental
Creative thinking for sales and product presentation and willing to travel
Customer Service Officer for Employee Benefits (code: CSO-EB)
-Diploma Degree majoring in Insurance/Health related
-At least 3 years experience in client service or marketing area
Senior Staff Network Health Providers Relation for Employee Benefits (code: NHPR-EB)
-Bachelor Degree majoring in Insurance/Health related
-At least 2 years experience in insurance/Hospital industry
-Willing to travel
Staff underwriting Department for Employee Benefits (code: UND-EB)
-Bachelor Degree majoring in Health/Medical/Insurance/Mathematics
-Min 3 years working experience in related field
Staff Claim Department (Code: CPD-EB)
-Bachelor Degree majoring in Health/Insurance
-Min 3 years working experience in related field
Supervisory Policy & Data Maintenance Department for Employee Benefits (Code: AFD-EB)
-Bachelor Degree majoring in Management /Business Administration/Insurance/Statistic
-Min 3 years working experience in data processor in any field. Experience in insurance industry is advantage.
-Good in filling system and administration system
Supervisory Accounting & Finance Department for Employee Benefits (Code: AFD-EB)
-Min S1 degree majoring in Accounting & Finance
-Min 3 years experience in accounting & finance and having similar company.
General Qualifications
-Proficient in MS Office applications and other application will be an advantage.
-High proficient in English both oral and written
-Strong analytical thinking and high accuracy.
-Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
-Good in team work player and leadership for manager/supervisor position
-Diligent, able to work over time and willing to work under pressure.
-Office location: Central Jakarta , except Pension Department
