Financial Institutions Group Consultants
-Top tier university degree with strong academic achievements-MBA and/or Finance degree preferred
-Superior career achievements with record of rapid progression with min 4 years of relevant exp in the financial service industry.
-Good understanding of banking business in Southeast Asia.
-Comprehensive knowledge of banking and financial products
-Strong background in one of the following areas: Retail /SME banking, Branch -Processing, Customer Experience Management, Risk Management and Credit Management
-Consulting and project management exp is a plus
Operations Consultants
-Top tier university degree with strong academic achievements-MBA and/or Finance degree preferred
-Superior career achievements with record of rapid progression with min 4 years of relevant exp in the financial service industry.
-Strong background in one of the following areas: Design and implementation of logistics strategy, network design and optimization, warehouse design and optimization and supply chain design and planning
-Exp in designing and delivering strategically focused operational effectiveness projects throughout the value chain
-Exp in delivering performance improvement, efficiency and/or quality improvement programs0using Lean, 6-Sigma, BPR and or Operations Excellence principles
-Exp in driving large scale organizational and business transformation initiatives.
-Consulting and project management exp is a plus

-Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
-Verbal and written fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
-Flexibility candidates will be based in Jakarta with a regional focus.
